They explain why two people can experience the same situation but react in completely different ways. And, above all, they show something liberating: <em>We don&#039;t react to the world as it is, but as we represent it internally.<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>At first glance, this seems simple, but it is precisely in this simplicity that the power of transformation lies. In this way, it determines the meaning we give to experiences.
