- Meaning (Meaning): It is the meaning we give to our life, our values, our beliefs, our purposes, etc. Meaning makes us feel that we are contributing to something important, that transcends our individual existence, and that we are aligned with our essence.
- Achievement (Realization): These are the goals we set and strive to achieve, which challenge us and make us grow. Achievement makes us feel proud of ourselves, and encourages us to seek new challenges and overcome our limits.

One way to practice gratitude is to keep a journal in which we write down at least three things for which we are grateful every day.
